RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

  • All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Store receipt or packing slip is required. The item(s) must be in original purchase condition. If clothing, tags must be attached.
  • If ordered online, customer may ship the item back at their expense with original packing slip or printout of order confirmation in order to receive a refund back to their online payment method.
  • If bought in store, the refund payment must match the form of payment.
  • After 30 days, if products were bought in store, a store credit will be issued.
  • After 30 days, if products were ordered online, a store credit will be issued. Customer must contact the store to use store credit on a future purchase online.
  • Above also applies to any item to be considered for an exchange due to sizing.

We do not return back on AMEX cards in store. Please be aware of this and consider using cash or another card before making your purchase.

SALES

  • Sales do not include previous purchases.
  • Sales normally range from 20 - 50% off before taxes.
  • Sale items are limited to quantities in stock.

  • All items bought in our 50% - 60% off sales are final sales, no returns, no exchanges, no exceptions.

FAQ

* Gifts & Gift Wrapping: While we do not offer gift wrapping, we do pack in store sales in our unique purple bags and can include tissue. If ordering a gift online, please note it is a gift in the order note section so we can remove price tags and wrap in tissue. If you would like us to include a small note with your gift, include your wording in the note section.

* Online orders can be shipped to you or you may be picked up in store. There is never a fee for in store pickup.

* Shipping is via USPS, priority or first class, or UPS. Once a package leaves our store via one of these companies, we have no control over the number of days it takes for them to deliver. Claims should be made through the shipping company according to their published polices.

* Tracking an Order: If you supplied your email, you will receive tracking information on the day your order is picked up by the delivery company at our store.

* Processing An Order: We do our best to package and ship all orders within 48 to 72 hours. During sales times, we reserve the right to extend our packaging time to no more than 1 week.

* Inventory: Our inventory is limited and many lines seasonally based. Not all in store items are listed online.

* Special Orders may incur an additional fee.
